As the Director of Customer Support and Service at Kalagrid , Monika leads diverse teams focused on delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple channels. She has implemented innovative service frameworks, customer feedback systems, and NLP-based communication training that empower staff to build rapport, resolve issues efficiently, and foster lasting customer relationships.
In her role as a Certified NLP Trainer, Monika has trained professionals across industries in advanced communication, emotional intelligence, and mindset development.
